I been doing repairs on this car lot for years and have gone through a lot of sales mgr's. WELL, We just changed mangment again.

Time to get to the point:

I did a free headlight restore two weeks ago on this car lot, and they changed comand last week, I mentioned I do H/L restore now also and showed the new mgr. one car I can help him with, he asked my price (75), he said he would pay 50 on this one to see what I can do and if he likes he will start restoring the bad lights.

He was pleased and said we will work together. He also referred one of his sales personal for his H / L restore on his personal car. I still do not know how they got on the subject, I will know tomarow.

I do take pics (before and after) of all work so they can see the differance.

I did two autos on Wed, 100 ea. 2 H/L restores and 6 chip repair cust. for the day.

One of the customers from Wed. on the H/L restore allready told a friend about his restore and it turned out to be one of my reg. customers and he called to say cust. one was pleased...... Things are looking good so far for only doing 3 paying customers.

Don

Good going!

What do you use as a UV protectant after you restore the plastic. My experiance has shown me that after a few months the lights yellow again. So far I have not found anything that protects them in hte long term, any idea,s anyone?

Merci

Merci

They supply Plexus as the sealer. http://www.plexusplasticcleaner.com/frames.html

I have had others say they are using it.... This is were UP_SALE comes in. Buy a case and sell them a can for double up and show them how to apply it. a can should last them a year or so. I still have to order a case to start. Let them know it is up to them to keep them sealed at this point.

Check out GT's poly hog http://www.gtglass.com/acrylicrestoration.htm It may be worth your time.

I did 3 paying jobs, one tomarow and the system is over half paid for and I have not even put a dent in the materals.

Step up to the plate like I did with the right stuff.. I have not touched the other kit I bought two weeks prior.

If you want I can e-mail you pics of the dodge pickup that I thought would chalenge me and the poly hog... I was done in just over 1 hr. Totally blown away..

Drop me a line and let me know.
