Resin

I just started doing wsr, and am looking for feed back on the best resin to use. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much! :D

I like GT's resin. LV, MV and CR.

I use LV for most repairs, MV on hot days and large voids. and CR is for cracks.

You may be able to free samples from GT just for the calling.

You should like it. I have used them for 13 years and do not look at changing at all.

GT sells great resins. Any company worth giving samples is a company worth looking at.

Sorry didn't mean to offend you. For everyone else, I know what it is like to find a good resin, that is why we developed this formula. It's an option. You'll always miss 100% of the shots you DON'T take! :wink:

You tell em Donovan...I'm new to repair, but have read alot of stuff on several forums and have found no matter how diplomatic someone tries to be it ALWAYS seems there is someone who "knows it all". I was under the impression that the forum's are available to share information and offer advise...not for some old big mouth to spout off at any time to anyone about everything...Grow up "old timer" and act your age. :roll:

But in defense of "Gt Repair" I too know first hand how irritating it can be when someone 'new' comes along and thinks THEY have the answer to a problem that everyone in the industry has been fighting for years.....I've been dealing with that in the A/G and A/G repair industry for over 30 years. That's why I developed the Express auto glass removal tool and the Accelerator repair system.

The difference that isn't always clear is that there are a few people out there that won't accept the status quo and are not afraid to think with a different paradigm, which can deliver a solution to the problem. But never the less, it does happen, and for those that are not afraid to believe that there is something out there that is waiting to be 'discovered'.....well....they find the solution.
