I am very interested in the windshield repair business, however I have no previous experience in this industry. Although I'm looking at a part time endeavor, I truly want to provide high quality service to customers, and perhaps one day go full time. Can anyone suggest some training programs available, which cover not only the repairs, but the "how to's" of running such a business? I'd rather practice on something other than a customer's windshield...

Your input is greatly appreciated!

To start off with, i would advise you to get some factory training. Many of the windshield repair manufactures provide free factory training. See what works for you.
