Hello
I should first say that I have never done a delorian windshield, but I should say this.
I believe the delorian is either stainless steel or aluminum. I can't remember which. Either way, I strongly recommend contacting your urethane supplier to determine the proper procedure in which to apply primer and urethane.
Failure to do so could result in electrolytic degredation of the pinchweld as well as the urethane.
I also recommend inspecing the car befor taking on the job to determine how mouldings are attached and getting a "feel" for how the job must be done. I have run accross a number of vehicles that spooked me, but, upon a pre-replacement inspection, I have found most to be fairly predictable.
Basically what I'm saying is check the water before you jump in.

DeLorean cars are stainless steel--no paint anywhere. Treat the pinchweld like you would any other. PRIME PRIME PRIME
