Dark circles

I am having problems getting the dark circles out of my repairs.
I can repair the bullseye but when
I am done I have a dark circle about the size of a nickle. :(
I know it is an air pocket but how do i get rid of it? redrill?

What type of resin are you using? Are you applying any heat?

No I am not using heat and I don't know what type of resin I was using.
