Only advice i would give is Don't get involved with price wars make a profit margin on your jobs and stick to them and never sacrifice quality when you finish a job just take another 5 mins and think if this was your car would you be happy with the work. Just taking a few more mins will save you time in the long run if you leave a tool behind or don't make sure trims are looking right and have to go back it will cost you. Last bit for me is you only get out of it what you put in to it i've been a windscreen tech for 12 years and have always left every job i have done knowing it is right your reputation will make or break you so don't ever sacrifice standards many windscreen companies do cheap jobs but often results in cheap poor service stay well away from it and good luck in the future.

Thank you for the advice glassman76, I appreciate it.
If you are just starting you business be sure and take advantage of the training that comes with most Repair kits...Especially pay attention to setting up your business with all the insurance companies and their Claim Management providers such as Lynx and Safelite.... good luck!!!
