Being an auto glass shop owner is extremely difficult because it is hard to find technicians. The technicians that we find, end up being the rejected techs from another company. We come across a lot of techs that have attitudes because they know that they can get another job anywhere. Technicians are in high demand out here in Phoenix, AZ. Companies that fire an employee will hire them back in an instant when desperate. They are walking all over us. Can anyone give us any advice? I do not know how to install so they have one over on me. Also, if there are any good techs in Phoenix (that don't do drugs or drink during work hours, and do not take advantage of people) that would like to work with a great company, we'd love to have you join our family.
