ins companes waiving deductibles

I have heard that either statefarm or allstate ins company ,im not sure which one, will not waive the deductible anymore and pay for the repair of a chip.Has anyone in the group heard this or this happening with any other ins. company is this bull or not. billelia

State Farm is current removing the deductable waving. We however do noit know if this trend is going to continue through all the insurance providers.

so far insurance companies will still pay for most repairs to avoid paying for windshield replacment. however, most will not allow glass shops to waive deductables on repairs or replacment.
