Hi, I tried to brake in to my car when I accidentally lock out myself. I used rocks so leave some severe scratch on the surface of the side window. but not cracks at all. the scratches are all on the surface.

Which product is the best for me here?

You damaged tempered glass with a rock, while trying to break in, correct?
Tempered glass is very hard, and a bear to polish even minor scratches, meaning a lot of labor and time. It is also very expensive.
You would have been much better off calling a locksmith for $75.
This is called your stupid tax-and don't worry-we have all paid the tax sometime before!
Live with the scratches, or replace the glass, and use a locksmith next time.

To start off on a better foot than Bill D.,

I do not think there is much that you can do to remove the scratches. Either live with what you have done to it or just step up the the plate and buy another piece of glass.

Do like I do with the kids in our family, Have them hid a key on the out side of the auto like behind the licence plate on one of the screws or just carry one in your pocket atached to a small pocket knife like I do....

I am in with one of the locksmith shops here and I was a dumb my self last week or so. Free lock out for a chip repair when he needs one.. BARDERING... I do tow trucks also, and that comes in handy when needed. Three times this year already..

Now, did that sound better than slamming one when he is down allready?

Don,
I am typing this very slowly so that your special education teacher can explain something to you. No where did I slam anyone!
I restated his problem, offered three solutions, and mentioned the STUPID TAX, which we have all paid sometime or another!
Here is your response- live with it, replace it, use a locksmith, call him a dumb, and slam Bill D.
So sad to see you still have to copy other's words or products to participate in this business, and I believe, in life.
BTW, it's spelled barter! Poster Boy!!!!!! Yeah, I remembered!
