Hey Yall!

As the name implies, Im not realy a glass man. Not yet anyway! My name is Holt Oliver. I am a retired paramedic turned locksmith about 7 years ago. As a locksmith, I have a lot of access to the automotive industry. When I recently came across the windshield repair buisness, it just made good since. I do service a few car lots. But, as a AAA contractor I do a lot of lock out service. My specialty is making transponder keys. Hmm, Lets see, AAA pays me a decent price to go out and unlock a car. Then I get $65-120 for a spare key. Then on top of that I get to fix that ugly rock chip in the windshield. AAA pays for the lockout, the customer gets a spare key for half price of a dealership and then their insurance pays to fix the rock chip? Customer is all smiles and I walk away with $200-$300. Makes perfect since to me!!!

Hope you guys are gentle on the newbies here. Im sure I'll be full of dumb questions over the next few weeks.
Ready, here's the first one- Does a standard bridge type kits use suction to extract the air before injecting the resin?

Thanks in advance,
The keymaker

Sounds like quite a package...now all you need is a tow truck LOL...heres one for you ??? How long does it take to become a Locksmith?? Might like to couple that with my windshield repair as things here in Detroit are getting a little rough to say the least...Good Luck to you Keymaker...;)
