some of my friend at Auto Windscreens are ex fitters.. and they are taking legal action against the company, because according to the Aviva/RAC redundancy policy.. Volanteers should have been sought first and this was not the case in the December redundancies..
Looks like the Union messed it up!!!
If there is anyone eless out there you've got till the end of March 09 to take action ..

You've got a good case ... so look into it !!!

Hi Auto Phill, I kinda get the basics of what you mean however can you explain more as to what Rac AW did wrong? is it something to do with volunteers?
I worked there until December 31 2008 until my forced redundancie, I was at the company over 15 years, it was actually a good thing when Rac bought Auto Windscreens, but when Aviva bought Rac the ship started to sink so Auto Windscreens and BSM were sold thanks to Aviva who messed it up bigtime...
Can you let me no more Phil please? Cheers!
