Refferals for Replacement company owners!!!!

I own a chip repair company and get alot of people asking if we do replacements. Our company could set up at least 80+ insurance referrals a month (1000+ anually) with the claim already started with referance #. What is the most you would pay per instal to someone in your area that could produce volume like this???

I just want to know before i approach the replacement companies in my area, so I dont get low balled.

If you was a windscreen fitter you could replace your own why pass on jobs for other companies to earn money ?
